Heya!
Instead of having an X number of compilation threads stickied, we'll collect the links here and sticky this one. The members compilations are basically mix-tapes that members can add tracks to. Songs are submitted before some deadline and after, the comp is uploaded to someplace people can download it from.
Monthly Members Compilations
The regular compilations are usually a kind of "anything goes" members mixtape where you can submit whatever you like - perhaps as long as the song is not too long. Usually, submissions are accepted sometime during the later half of the month with the compilations being put up sometime during the start of next month. Piss Me Off is the one currently organizing these.

Bi-Monthly Themed Members Compilations
In addition to the regular comp, there are the bi-monthlys which are currently organized by me. These differ from the regular compilations in that they have a theme which submitted tracks should somewhat adhere to. Themes are now determined by polls and voting.
