I specifically bought the Japanese DVD release of Kill Bill Vol 1 a few years back (cost me £25) as the House of Blue Leaves sequence is in full colour and the anime sequence is longer and I watched it this afternoon for the first time in a few years and enjoyed it immensely. The only thing that (still) annoys me is the use of previous soundtrack songs. I know the guy loves movies but he should have stuck with conventional tracks that would strike more of a chord instead of me thinking about the movies and TV shows he stole from (Green Hornet/Twisted Nerve etc). Saying that 'Battle Without Honor Or Humanity' is still a great use of music.

I have only seen volume 2 once and felt let down so I don't own it anymore, however I wanted to see it straight away after watching this.
