Maternity leave is not just in the interest of women, it's in interest for families who have little children and therefore of value to society itself which is made up such families and will be more or less run by these kids in the future. To be against maternity leave really doesn't make much sense.
If you want equality, rather than be anti maternity leave, it should make more sense to be pro paternity leave.
