Them Crooked Vultures is the new 'supergroup' featuring a collaboration between Josh Homme, Dave Grohl, John Paul Jones, and Alain Johannes. It has been rumored the group had been recording secretly throughout the summer, and played their fist live show at The Metro in Chicago, IL on Sunday August 9, 2009. Reviews have said that the group played around 75 minutes of all original material and the the band looked and sounded top-notch. This lengthy setlist along with rumors that the group has been recording most of the summer lead me to believe an album will follow shortly. We can only hope.
