It can go both ways. For me, I learned more about my friends.
With one of my friends I had sex with, I just realized how much more of a selfish person she was. And I had no desire to be friends with someone like that in the first place.
With another one, I realized we were able to become closer. We joke about it sometimes, and other time we use it to try to figure out what her boyfriend is doing wrong. xD
