yeah I guess you're right. Mason and Moon are like comparing apples and oranges. It's just that I like Pink Floyd much more then the Who, its more my opinion of taste then judging them on pure talent.

I am just a Rolling Stones fan, what can I say, so course I'll pick Charlie Watts over Keith Moon, that done automatically. I heard Pete Townshend say everything Keith Moon did on the drum was funny (paraphrasing what he said) I don't find humor in Moon's playing, but I find Charlie Watts drumming a bit humorous, I love Charlie Watts, he's a solid drummer.

Keith Richards gave one of the greatest compliments anyone could give a drummer he said Charlie has perfect timing he exits a song at the same tempo he enters a song, something rarely any drummer does.
