One of the things that makes this cd more diverse than the others is that Mezmirize is the first SOAD album with Dolmayan playing double bass drums. Who said they were going for a metal feel? And songs like "old school hollywood" has a bunch of techno stuff, so I don't know how they acheived that. And since when does double bass = metal, and I thought toxicity was pretty metal.
