Not taking into account the outside influences like black holes, asteroids and klingon invasions, while a constant threat, they have always been a threat since our planet's existance and I have no reason to believe they're gonna effect us anytime soon.
My only real concerns are the things already going on with our planet. Climate change, shifting of the magnetic poles, solar storms, superviruses, nucclear warfare, dying resources, blah blah blah.
Do you think we'll still be here in a million years? Or at the very least a thousand?

I think the human race will be wiped out after Judgement Day. Nothing else really would work from my religious perspective.
