Default Best Decade-Comedies

Pick the decade with the best comedies.

Here's a list of my favorites:

80's-
1. Beverly Hills Cop-I used to watch this and a tape of Ghostbusters every day, I must have seen them hundreds of times.
2. Ghostbusters
3. Fast Times at Ridgmont High-best 80's gross out movie
4. The Breakfast Club
5. Neighbors-very dark obscure comedy, I like it a lot better than Animal House.
6. Trading Places
7. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
8. Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
9. This is Spinal Tap-I didn't really get this movie, I'll have to watch it again some time. Shows how much I like the 80's.
10. Good Morning Vietnam

90's-
1. There's Something About Mary-probably my favorite theater experience, the whole audience was dying laughing throughout the movie
2. Mrs. Doubtfire
3. Groundhog Day-also happens to be my b-day, wish I was stuck there, lol
4. Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
5. Liar Liar-my favorite Jim Carrey movie
6. The Wedding Singer-almost picked Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore, but Sandler actually gives a very good performance here
7. American Pie-missing link between Something About Mary, and the grossout Judd Apatow movies, alright!
8. Tommy Boy-any movie involving SNL cast or crew is pretty much solid gold for laughs
9. Kingpin
10. Multiplicity

00's-
1. The 40 Year Old Virgin-Pure gold, great dialogue and improvs, also a good plot
2. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy-Will Ferrell's an a$$, a funny a$$
3. Borat
4. Superbad
5. Knocked Up
6. Saving Silverman-Jack Black's funniest performance
7. Hot Rod-absolutely ridiculous guilty pleasure
8. School of Rock
9. Meet the Parents-Ben Stiller's arrogant a$$ knocked back to Earth by surprisingly funny DeNiro
10. Dodgeball

I take the 00's because it has a lot of really silly comedies.

I put 70's on the list, but don't have my own. You've got a couple Mel Brooks movies, and a couple Monty Python movies. I'd be really surprised if anyone likes the 70's.
