I don't carry a tooth brush around but I always have mouthwash. I have a mini bottle I keep in my purse, and a larger bottle in my glove box. I also keep at least two complete extra outfits in my car trunk because you never know when you might need them.
I'm always prepared. Or just obsessive as fuck.
