I've heard that the album is comprised entirely of guitar feedback sped up and slowed down. Boris (a japanese avant-garde/noise band) had done the same thing except they had a droning bass guitar thrown in the mix. I believe the album was "Absolutego" and it consisted of 1 track which was roughly an hour long.
