I ignored both bands at their heighth of popularity because I thought that they killed Britpop by stealing the sounds of (my favorite) bands like Ride and The Stone Roses and making it something worse.
But anyway, I eventually came around...I like early Oasis a lot better than almost all Blur. But I don't like Oasis after their mid-90s stuff and I really like what Albarn has done lately, especially his band/project, The Good, The Bad, and The Queen.
