alright, well let me give you a run down, im saving up for some electronic drums, i have an acoustic kit, (ludwig), but man electronic drums really are fun

. anyways, so im creating a music room in my basement, as iw as moving things around, i noticed 5 or 6 speakers, they were about 3-4ft tall. now i havnt seen these since i was like 4(im 16 now), and i have no idea if they work, i talked to my friend, and he said i need to buy an amp to plug them into 1st. now if i wanted to use the speakers for the electronic drum kit, do i still need the amp?
