Sure, if you could isolate a gene from a spider (possible), then you could through laboratory techniques (feel free to ask) insert that into a stemcell f.ex which could then grow into a fetus.
That's how they make glow-in-the-dark pigs. They contain a fluorescence gene from a jellyfish. You can consider them superpigs only that their superpower is that they glow in the dark.
Could we give a human spider genes today? Yes, of course

Would it be able to scale walls like in the movie or throw silk? Nah.
Human experimentation and stemcell research and so on is limited by ethics, so this isn't something likely to happen .. But in the future, maybe we'll borrow lots of genes from other organisms. Many such genes could potentially improve us, for example our resistance to things like cancer.
