Ooh man, that list ain't looking good :\ If you're gonna pick universally loved classic rock songs, make sure they're universally loved first.
My new list:
Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley
Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin
1979 - Smashing Pumpkins
Replaced Canon because it is pretty boring

My dear friend, nothing personal, but this thread is called " 3 songs
you feel...., so there 's no general rule each of us should follow..You might not like my short list as well as I might not like yours. Do you feel so sure your songs are universally loved? Who can say that? I think that every single answer is influenced by everyone's musical tastes, so it's really hard to reach a general agreement on all the 3 songs everyone is trying to recommend.
Anyway, that's my personal opinion, nothing more..
