Ok, I admit I exaggerated saying they were the two worst bands of all time I forgot about Mcfly and loads of other **** that goes about that I dont want to waste precious seconds of my life even thinking about let alone typing. I just wanted to cause a stir saying they were the worst 2 bands of all time. They are at least 2 of the most overrated without a doubt but obviously there are more ****ter bands than them as I said before.
Anyway, I understand what they did at the time was unique and paved the way for a lot of future artists (im not totally oblivious to the fact). I can respect them to a certain extent but I only judge bands/artists on the quality of the music and its not as if The Beatles are not to my taste as I love the likes Of Small Faces and The Kinks who had similar sound if you know what I mean. Also with The Rolling Stones, there are bands like Black Crowes who i like. Rolling Stones I like a few tracks such as Jumpin Jack Flash,Brown Sugar, etc but to me there is much better music out there so I hardly bother listening to them. So I guess i can kinda respect them for what theyve done and all but when people rank them among highest I have to strongly disagree but its only my opinion you see so I wouldnt ever even make a list of 'best of all time' or whatever because I dont think it would be fair as everyone has differing tastes. I just listen to what moves me/what I like. (presumably like anybody else)
As for the rebel comments, I am not rebellng against anything, I dont have a problem with people listening to Beatles/Stones, Im simply giving my opinion in a rather flamboyant way lol. I just dont like them/you do. Can we leave it at that?
Also I saw your playlist and you actually have quite good taste(Neil Young amongst others I saw & cant remember) so I must apologise for the scathing attack and I will reveal my Gran doesnt listen to any music lol.
