Well by grunge I assume you mean Seattle Grunge, therefore I would say the title track of this album takes it. This album was recorded and released on Homestead records, prior to Sub-Pop's inception. The band was later one of the first bands on the Sub Pop label. Containing future members of both Mudhoney and Pearl Jam (mother love bone). This band is regarded as the very first Seattle Grunge band. This album and the title track are among the first in the genre.
