TIPS:
1. Stop creating threads that you know, based on your past experience, aren't going to be well received and people are going to argue with you about. whether you're right or wrong your strong suite is not delineating your own argument. (lay off the conspiracies no matter how much you believe them to be true)
2. Seek to find things to agree with people about. Music is a good place to start, hence the name "music banter" not "political conspiracy banter"
3.understand that there is a point where debating something with someone becomes an excercise in futility. STOP. You are not going to reach the point, at least with your logical prowess, where someone is going to say "oh yeah, I see that you are right and I am in fact wrong. I'm terribly sorry", especially if your arguments are poorly substantiated and articulated.
4. Maintain a certain level of respect for members regardless of how they reciprocate. If you are adressing someone who's username is in bright blue letters- you don't have to kiss their a$$, but don't be a douchebag.
5. Try to use this sight to connect with people and not to alienate them. what you give is what you get.
