Should an MP who wants to claim expenses be scrutinised and means-tested in the same way as a person who wants to claim benefits; and should the penalties incurred for fraudulent claims be the same?
The most recent controversy surrounding Ms Smith, the Home Secretary certainly makes for entertaining reading!
