How can the Human Rights Act that came into force in 2000 be propaganda, bringing with it fundamental freedoms that we have since enjoyed? Child benefit, new deal, section 28, devolution...!!! You can't pass any of that off as propaganda.

i take the fact it's working as propaganda. Like the 'fact' there were WMD's in Iraq was. Whatever happens im a born and bred conservative, they've helped my family and God knows in a week from now when Tony Blair hopefully gets his sweaty, blundering arse out of 10 downing street, this country will reap, REAP the profits of Tory success.......or maybe the monster raving looneys.
