what do u mean generic...the only two that can sorta be compared are the bravery and the killers, i don't see much resemblance between bloc party and franz, interpol is also very different, not to mention hot hot heat, whose elevator is not just very good, it's excellent, with every song a potential single.i thought they looked pretty stupid on the video though, like the partridge family...they could have looked way cooler.
