Boy, that's a tough question, it's pretty hard for me to speak for my whole country. I know I don't think that way and I'm pretty sure none of my friends and family think that way, but I bet there are plenty of people in America's many backwaters who do have the attitude you describe. So in conclusion I guess I'd say that I think the majority of Americans don't think that but there may be a decent-sized minority that do think that way.
