That's exactly how I think of the album. I haven't listened to it for months, but from what I remember it's a great record that lets itself down in a few places.
As for the Marleys, I'm not their biggest fan, but they have done some great albums - Bob's
Exodus and Damian's aforementioned
Welcome To Jamrock for instance.
