I knew I'd avoided this thread for a reason. Are people seriously putting Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer on their lists? It's easy to name bands you think are over rated or bands you dont like but there is no way any of those bands are the absolute worst metal band ever. Come on, think about it ffs.
Slipknot were mentioned. You know, I have always hated Slipknot. Really, really hated them. I saw them twice at festivals because they were there and I had nothing better to do at the time and didnt change my opinion. However I saw them last year indoors and although I was far from blown away I have to say I quite enjoyed it. I almost feel dirty for saying that. *Shivers*
