Melodies, harmonies, hooks, redundant production techniques. These are the things we take for granted in our endless pursuit of eclecticism and new musical frontiers... However I am under a cloud and I thought the best way to counter this would be to make an indie-pop compilation with a nonsensical title!
Included within is: a lot of the new, smatterings of the old, American, British, German, Japanese, girls, boys, twee, not-so-twee, shoegazey, baggy, lounge (?) - it's all here and it's all you need!  |
A bit too pleasant at times for my liking, but otherwise, a refreshing change from all the crap I've been listening to lol.

Welcome were my favorites from the lot. I'm not all that familiar with 'c86' (still haven't listened to that comp. yet!), so this does shed some light...although I would love to hear that 'weird side'
