I don't think guns for scaring/hurting/killing people should be sold at all. Guns for defense against wild animals, yes. Guns so you can kill the bloke stealing your own VCR, no! An old VCR is not worth shooting and possibly killing someone over and that goes for most other things as well.
The second amendment to the United States constitution seems a little gun-totin' crazy from over here.
