That's interesting! I've read about people with extra sex-chromosomes and it seems not all have much effect from these. Sometimes it does have consequences (after all, what is XXY?), but I guess in your case, maybe the cells use one of the Ys and ignore the other one - as is the case with (normal) girls' XX chromosomes.
I find it intriguing that it only goes for about 30% of your cells though. Were you ever given an explanation for this?
