Heeeelllpp..

I'm trying to solve a music trivia puzzle but I can't Identify this Album (& Atrist). Out of 12 Mystery Album Covers I've worked out 11 but this one has me stumped.. It's familiar but I just can't crack it.

Does anyone out there know what it is?
I could really use some help here guys. Time is of the essence.
