I just saw Suburbia for the first time. It was very interesting, a good insight into what punk life was like because I was born too late to be there

It's basically about a kid that runs away and meets a group of punks. They squat in an apartment and basically become family. It is a sad movie though at the end. A couple really cool things about Suburbia: the cast was made up mostly of punk/underground musicians and street kids, and there were live performances by the Vandals, D.I., and T.S.O.L.
