Also, not relaly, I've been reading through blogs for the past few months, and this is how I first found out about the 'real' screamo/emo in the first place. Personally, I'm more of a Kinsella fan.
haha, I dont know, I always viewed Best Friends as a pop-punk band in the vein of their influence of the 2-piece band Peter & Craig. you can tell that greg dean and scott play in Letters in binary though, they have their own unique instrumentation to that cheery sound, I guess they could be considered kind of emo. but of course cap'n jazz is definitely indie. kinsella is always fun. though
