I recently started trying to get my out-of-shape ass back into shape. I've been going to the gym pretty regularly since about mid-October. The plan I'm shooting for is six days a week at the gym: three days of cardio and three days of weights. So far I haven't been able to get to that but I'm probably averaging about four days a week at the gym which isn't too bad. At this point I've lost about 15 pounds, put on a noticeable amount of muscle and gone down two notches on my belt.
