Neither of them look overly big. Its acturally harder to be strong then it is big. To be big you lift heavy weights a few times. To be strong you lift slighly less weight considerable more times.

I personally like to compare how I'm doing to the people around me. Even if that person weighs 50-60lbs above me. It is this constant comparison that never allows me to be satified with how I'm doing. The lack of complacently prevents any dropoff of intensity while lifting.
