There's a file organizer plugin for winamp. It doesn't have support for a decade variable, though, which is something I would like.
If you want it, it's called "Media Library Organizer". The filename is "ml_org.dll". A google search should give quick results.
As the name suggests, it gives you the option to right-click and organize stuff in your media library according to rules defined by you.
