Well, Britain was the key player in the Iraq war besides the US. You've heard Tony Blair; he still feels the war was justified, regardless of the lack of WMDs.
I really hate hearing people bad mouth countries that didn't get involved in the war. Not all countries have an anti-war stance. They had an anti-Iraq war stance, because there wasn't a "clear and present danger" in their eyes, and they were right. There's no question that they sympathized with 9/11 and want to destroy Al Quada. These countries did the right thing to not get involved, but it is not to say they wouldn't get involved in something that HAD to be done.
