I just want to say that if we are talking influence the beatles are something to be reconed with. Agreed they may be a bit overrated but considering influence the beatles brought a whole new sound to the world with a complete different message. the beatles are still recognized and probably always will be as long as people remain musically inclined.
The most influential rock artist is hands down elvis for obvious reasons which has yet to be mentioned. lets take our roots into consideration.
on another note avril lavinge or whatever her damn name is no influence on the music scene at all. the only thing she has influenced me to do vomit. simple plan may have been cool in 7th grade but we all grow up and look back and think to ourselves "we did such silly things"
if you decide to retaliate by pointing out the fact that i spelled a few words wrong your retarded, stick to the subject at hand
