They get like ONE HOUR outside their completely isolated cells, to take in some rays while the rest of the general population is ELSEWHERE. They only speak to guards (and i can only imagine those 'conversations'), clergyfolks, and maybe people at the health clinic once in a while.

i'm not real sure who else can visit them, but i can guarantee you is isn't very long.
