The actual title of that song is Big Yellow Taxi (though you would never know it by listening to it) My favorite song of hers is River. Its beautiful. A lot of folks say its a christmas song, cuz theres a variation on Jingle Bells in the piano part and she mentions Christmas, but i don't see it as a christmas song. Its on the Almost Famous soundtrack too.
