im guessing your reffering to the scenes with the ships...if so i would like some further elaboration

I'm reffering to multiple scenes. The townhall meeting, where the extras chant "NO MORE DEAD COPS!", the ship scene where the biggest, meanest looking black convict gets up and tosses out the detonator saying "Ima do what you shoulda done 10 minutes ago", Rachels final scenes. The ridiculously charicatured black gangsters at the beginning of the film. Hardly 10 minutes could pass without some cheesy dialogue sneaking into the film.

i disagree...in my opinion ifsomeone finds the movie refrencing a post-9/11 society they're trying to hard to find a message in the film

I disagree, if you don't see a blatant and clear comment on post-9/11 society you're either an idiot or willingly closing your eyes to the blunt message Nolan is trying to beat you over the head with. "Bat sonar" clearly parallels the ever increasing invasions of privacy by government institutions in the name of keeping us safe from terrorists (like The Joker), the film even calls the Joker a terrorist. The Joker embodies everything we don't understand about Middle Eastern terrorists. We're told that they commit heinous acts because they hate our freedom, the Joker causes chaos because it's part of his world philosophy, and equally incomprehensible. There are a thousand more parallels and they're equally intentional. Saying that someone is "looking to hard for a message in a film" is a cop out and a lame justification for your shallow and superficial understanding of cinema.

What film knowledge?
I also liked how you completely ignored my criticisms of Nolan's camerawork and use of monologue to explain character intentions.
