Okay, for one thing, if Robert Plant was the WORST singer in the world (which he isn't) and if Daltrey was the best (which he isn't), ol' Bonzo would still have the nuts to squash Moon with. No one has ever come close to what Bonham did, and I doubt anyone will. Both Moon and Bonham had that frenetic talent: they didn't plan their next move, they didn't know what was coming, but they still sounded good. However, Bonham, unlike Moon, could carry on a drum solo for fifteen minutes without anyone asking "what's this prick doing?" And it wasn't just that. Bonzo gave a layered feel to the entire library of Zeppelin's works. He was in every sense impeccable to the last.
