They probably just don't want to torrent, which is lazy. I can understand if they don't want to use Soulseek because that is easily the most annoying program ever created and the downloads are almost unreliable because you have to wait in a line and the person could leave in the middle of the dl.

That is where I found the Ghostship EP though. Only place I could find it.
