Will Sheff weaves you an album of stories, scenes and clever pop culture references that most screen writers would jump up and down for; the way he seems to paint a sonic movie is brilliant and the rest of the band show themselves much more dynamic and cohesive than ever before which results in one of their finest albums to date.
