Yeah but I think both of you are missing a huge point here. What if the artist doesn't want to be on the OC? What if the artist has moral disagreements with the company using their music? What if they just think the OC is a shitty show? I'm sure if the artist was asked he'd take all that into account but most credible artists care more about their credibility and morals than they do making money. It's why they're good artists.
