The forum is primarily for talking about music. If you want to get music, your first choice (or rather second, if you're loaded and like to own a physical copy) should be torrents or Soulseek. People (should) only ask for uploads if they can't find something. There's plenty of high quality/bitrate stuff out there, you just have to search for it a bit...
