How is that? The sales numbers are pretty close to equal for the first year. Still to this day I go into a store and there are no Wii's or 360's available, but there are plenty of PS3's on the shelf waiting to be bought.

Wii about 22 million
360 about 17 million
PS3 about 10 million

I can understand the wii statement, but where the **** do you live where you can't get a 360?
I could walk into target easily about a year ago and find one..
I mean, the ps3 in 1 year has sold about half of what the 360 has in total hardware. And when all the +AAA titles come out, it will most likely tie it in the next 1 to 2 years.
You cant look at the playstation brand as just being the ps3 either. The psp has sold roughly the same amount as the 360 and wii togethor.

The ps3 is doing about exactly as well as the 360 did in its first year in America..
And why even bother comparing the two to the wii? The wii is crushing them both, and rightfully so.
