I think syd was the creator, roger was the lyrical genius and dave is by far the most accomplished musician of the band...
The truth is their whole "history", and they things just went with Syd going crazy, Roger becoming this megalomaniac a**hole, Dave actually being just Dave and always wanting to do what was best for the band is what makes the Pink Floyd legend...in my opinion the one of the most important bands ever second only to The Beatles.
Was there ever a poll for the best Floyd record? If not I think there should be one. My favourite is Wish You Were Here and I just want to know what others think.
