On that note, Simian Mobile Disco is an infinitely better production team than Justice. Attack Decay Sustain Release trumps Cross in every arena; it has more variety, more depth, better hooks, and most importantly, is listenable all the way through. I find myself switching off Cross after three songs at best.

Justice is THE most overrated electronic act, PERIOD? A little far-fetched, but whatever. They didn't really have "help" from Simian, either, all they sampled for that song was the vocal (the best part of the original song).
I really don't see how Cross all sounds the same. Sure, their keyboards appear to only have like, two presets, but the album is much more diverse than the "Hey, wasn't 90s Dance music great?" stylings of Attack Decay Sustain Release. If you listen to SMD's album and much of their remixes, all of their songs have the exact same rave-revival vibe to them, while Justice has gone from hits like "We Are Your Friends" to "Waters of Nazareth" to "D.A.N.C.E" and back again.
No way are SMD better than Justice. You want to complain about a boring, lifeless, poorly-produced album, pick that one.
