Well the AB's were easily the most well conditioned...physically. Mentally they were not there. No where near hard enough. They had a rubbish pool and even worse is we don't have a "first 15". 30 odd players in the squad and no one knew who was going to be playing in what games, and who would be to their left and right. There were no well established combinations.
It's bloody awful and the problem stood out like dog's balls. But as crap as his rotation policy has turned out I think Graham Henry should now stay, provided he uses his 30-40 great players to mold a proper team out of them for 2011. I mean, for 2007 the policy could have worked, he just left it too long before playing his best side thoroughly.
Haha and I was having a joke about England, I didn't know the full story I just knew some figures. I read they've only won 35% of their games over the last four years. The AB's won 88%. Those retirements and injuries are obviously a sizeable factor.
