You need to stop perusing scene kids myspace pages to find out about "grindcore"
Listen to Nasum, early Carcass, Cyness, Impetigo, Pig Destroyer, Discordance Axis (all though it tends more towards the power-violence side of things).
Basically just listen to Nasum.
