I watched a program on Native American people that was basically saying that the American diet is flat out killing Native Americans as it completely different to what your bloodline supports. The number of Native Americans with Diabetes is almost at a staggering 80%, it is flat out f*cking sad. Our Natives can't seem to ever win

Eating a few less carbs and sweets vs having a tube in me. Yeah, no thanks. Thankfully I don't think I have it quite as severely as some people do.
