Hardcore Punk. the Hardcore that you're referring to is just punk rock with more balls. unless you're talking about extreme metal, which definitely isn't Black Flag. and again, i don't want to get caught up in genre debates. Black Flag was a cool band. personally, my favorite Black Flag singer was Kieth Morris, or whoever it was who sang on "Nervous Breakdown".
